Our reports, readings, consultations, and advice should not be treated as absolute predictions, guarantees, or professional advice in the areas of finance, investment, law, medicine, mental health, psychology, taxation, business, or any regulated profession.
You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
2. No Guarantee of Results
While we aim to provide thoughtful, meaningful, and personalised insights, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, event, income level, relationship outcome, health outcome, business success, investment return, or life change.
Any interpretation, forecast, reading, recommendation, or advice is based on metaphysical analysis, personal interpretation, and information provided by the client.

3. Client Responsibility
By purchasing our services, you agree that:
You are responsible for providing accurate personal details, including name, gender, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, contact information, and any other required information.
You understand that inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrect information may affect the accuracy or relevance of the report or consultation.
You are responsible for how you interpret and apply the information provided.
You will not hold us responsible for any decision, loss, damage, or outcome arising from your use of our services.
4. Digital Report Delivery
All reports are delivered digitally. No physical shipping is required.
Digital reports will be delivered via email, WhatsApp, download link, or other agreed digital method within 7 working days from the date of confirmed payment and receipt of all required information.
Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays.
Delays may occur if the client provides incomplete, inaccurate, or late information.
5. Payment Policy
All payments must be made in full before any report preparation, consultation, or service work begins.
Prices are displayed in the applicable currency on our website or payment page. For international clients, additional currency conversion charges, bank charges, card charges, or payment platform fees may apply.
We are not responsible for fees charged by banks, card issuers, payment processors, or currency exchange providers.
6. No Refund Policy
Due to the personalised and service-based nature of our work, all payments are strictly non-refundable once the order, booking, report preparation, consultation, or service has been confirmed.
Each service involves time, expertise, chart preparation, analysis, interpretation, and personalised work based on the information provided by the client.
No refund, cancellation, exchange, or credit will be provided after payment has been made.
7. Rescheduling Policy
For live consultations, clients may request to reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment time.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to attend a confirmed consultation may result in the session being treated as completed, with no refund or replacement session provided.
8. International Clients
We provide services to clients worldwide. However, by purchasing from us, you acknowledge that the business is based in Singapore and that all transactions, services, terms, policies, and disputes are governed by the laws of Singapore.
It is your responsibility to ensure that purchasing and using our services is permitted in your country, state, or jurisdiction.
We are not responsible for any restriction, tax, regulation, or legal requirement that may apply in your location.
9. Personal Data & Privacy
We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, birth details, payment confirmation, and any information needed to prepare your report or provide consultation services.
We use this information only for order processing, report preparation, communication, service delivery, customer support, and related business purposes.
As a Singapore-based business, your handling of personal data should align with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data by organisations.
For international clients, your information may be transferred, stored, or processed across borders where necessary to deliver our services, communicate with you, or use third-party platforms such as email, payment gateways, cloud storage, messaging apps, or booking systems.
10. Confidentiality
We will take reasonable steps to keep your personal details, birth information, chart information, and consultation matters confidential.
However, you understand that no digital transmission, email, messaging platform, website, payment system, or cloud service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Intellectual Property
All reports, charts, written explanations, frameworks, materials, videos, images, website content, consultation notes, and digital materials provided by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
You may use the report for your own personal reference only.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, modify, teach, upload, or commercially exploit our materials without written permission.
12. Electronic Transactions
By purchasing through our website, payment page, form, email, WhatsApp, or other digital method, you agree that electronic communications, digital confirmations, online payments, and electronic records may be used for this transaction.
