Shipping policy

As our products and services are delivered digitally, no physical shipping will be required.

For digital reports, including Zi Wei, BaZi, Feng Shui, destiny analysis, or other personalised reports, the completed report will be delivered to the client via email, WhatsApp, download link, or other agreed digital method within 7 working days from the date of confirmed payment and receipt of all required information.

Working days refer to Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please ensure that all personal details, birth information, contact information, and required documents are submitted accurately. Any delay in providing the required information may delay the delivery of the report.

Once the digital report has been sent to the email address, WhatsApp number, or digital contact method provided by the client, the service will be considered delivered.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details, incomplete information, email filtering, spam folders, or other circumstances beyond our control.
