Due to the personalised nature of our Zi Wei, BaZi, Feng Shui, destiny analysis, consultation, and advisory services, all payments are strictly non-refundable once the order, booking, report, or consultation has been confirmed.

Each service requires time, expertise, chart preparation, analysis, interpretation, and personalised work based on the information provided by the client. Therefore, once payment has been made, no refund, cancellation, exchange, or credit will be provided.

Our readings and consultations are intended for guidance, self-reflection, education, and personal development. They should not be treated as absolute predictions, guarantees, or substitutes for professional financial, legal, medical, psychological, or business advice.
